Obsno is a Chrome extension that adds an AI sidebar to every webpage. You can chat with the page you're on, summarize articles, improve your writing, translate text, chat with PDFs, and much more — all without leaving your current tab.
What AI model does Obsno use?+
Obsno is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic — one of the most advanced and accurate AI models available. Claude is known for being particularly good at reading and summarizing long documents, understanding nuance, and writing in a natural tone.
Is my browsing data safe?+
Yes. Obsno only reads the page you're currently on when you actively use it. We don't track your browsing, store your page content, or sell your data. Page context is only sent to the AI when you send a message. See our privacy policy for full details.
Does it work on every website?+
Yes — Obsno works on virtually every website including news sites, Wikipedia, GitHub, YouTube, LinkedIn, Gmail, and more. The only exceptions are Chrome's own internal pages (like chrome://settings) which extensions cannot access by design.
What does the free plan include?+
The free plan gives you 10 AI messages per day — enough to try everything Obsno offers. You get full access to all features: page context, text selection actions, writing assistant, PDF upload, and chat history. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the extension. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then you'll move back to the free tier. No questions asked.
Does it work on Edge or other browsers?+
Obsno is built as a Chrome extension (MV3) and works on any Chromium-based browser including Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Arc. Firefox is not currently supported.
